Explanation of benefits and limitations of product warranties:

Our utmost goal is the satisfaction with your purchase that is why we extend a 5 year warranty on our computers regardless of your purchase amount. In addition, many of the individual components we use in our computer builds also carry individual manufacturer warranties (some as high as 10 years). Rest assured, with lifetime technical assistance you are fully covered in the maintenance and performance of your system. Below are the terms and conditions of your computer warranty.

All other warranties on products such as monitors, stands, video wall controllers are handled and managed by the respective manufacturer of the item unless otherwise noted on the product page or your receipt. All manufacturer's warranty terms for non-computer orders will take reign over anything written or implied on our website. Where there is a conflict with computer warranty claims the terms and conditions outlined on this page will take precedent.

MPX PC Computer Warranty Coverage Information.

Every computer purchased from our website comes with a 5 year mail-in warranty that covers the original parts and labor. We will replace, from date of purchase, any component that fails due to mechanical failure. We do not cover user data that is stored on any hard drive. The 5 year mail-in warranty covers lifetime support as well, which is available Monday through Friday 10am - 6pm EST at 888.270-8829. You may purchase an extended warranty at time of sale for coverage on your computer over the 5 year provided. Please keep a copy of your invoice to submit with all future service requests.

1. Warranty:

Repair or replacement of DOA product, failure of normal operation within coverage period at our option. The warranty excludes any user damage caused to computer and voids warranty at our discretion.

No deductible. The warranty coverage includes 100% coverage on parts and labor for a 5 year warranty period.

2. Policy:

Any extended warranty plan which is desired by the customer must be purchased at point-of-sale.

If the product is received within the service plan period and is found to be defective, MPX PC will repair or replace the defective component or product.

Replacement parts will be new, rebuilt, or non OEM parts that perform to the factory specifications of the product at our option. If a product or component is no longer available, we will replace it with a product of equal or greater value at our discretion.

In all cases, returned product must be shipped prepaid with a copy of the invoice.

MPX PC reserves the right to refuse merchandise that is not meeting the above requirements.

There is no renewal after the Extended Warranty is expired. Extended Warranties are non-refundable. Extended Warranties are not transferrable.

Terms and Conditions:

The following contract becomes effective at Date of Purchase (D.O.P.). MPX PC will furnish labor and replacement parts necessary to maintain the product specified in this contract in operating condition during the term of the contract provided such service is necessitated by product failure during normal usage. MPX PC, at its sole discretion, may either repair or replace the product covered under this contract at our sole option. When a product is no longer available, MPX PC will provide a similar product of equal or better. If MPX PC chooses to replace the product, a new, rebuilt, or non-original manufacturer’s product of like kind and quality will be provided to the contract holder. The term of this contract begins at date of purchase of Extended Warranty and runs concurrently and beyond the manufacturers parts and labor warranty up to specified length of years set forth in invoice. This contract may not be refundable, renewable or cancelable. This contract is available in the US continental only, not include AK, HI, APO, FPO and Puerto Rico.

What is not covered:

Periodically or consumed parts during the life of the product such as but not limited to batteries; loss or damage resulting from external causes such as dropped product, collision with any object, fire, flooding, sand, dirt, windstorm, hail, earthquake or damage from exposure to weather conditions, misuse, abuse, damage resulting from improper use of any electrical source, power surges, damage occurring during transport. All preventive maintenance recommended by the manufacturer to maintain the product in operating condition is the responsibility of the contract holder; loss or damage resulting from failure to provide recommended maintenance is not covered under this contract. Products with altered or missing serial numbers, any consequential damages occurring due to computer viruses is not covered by this contract. MPX PC makes no other expressed or implied service with respect to your MPX PC products, other than limited service set forth above. In no event will MPX PC be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use such product.

What to do if product requires service:

Call our Customer Service Department at (888) 270-8829 during business hours and explain the problems to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization number. Please have your original Extended Warranty invoice available when calling for service. All RMA numbers issued are good for fifteen (15) days from the date of issue. Prepaid shipping is required for all returning products. The approved RMA number must be clearly shown on the shipping label.
